From skeptic to believer
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to St Paul's Cathedral and steps from the tube station. The staff's warm welcome made our stay truly special.
Room size was unexpectedly small, the frosted windows added to the cramped feeling, and service consistency varied greatly during our meals.

Spotlessly clean hotel with friendly staff, ideally located just a stone's throw from a famous landmark. The King Guest Room was spacious after a room change, showcasing elegant architecture. Toiletries were a delightful touch, and complimentary bottled water was appreciated. initial room size was disappointing, and although dining options seemed lovely, I didn't experience them.

Couples Recommend It for a Cozy Stay
We had a fantastic time enjoying the amazing breakfast, where the staff remembered how I take my coffee by the end of the week. after a long day out, they surprised us with a complimentary drink at the bar, really made us feel valued.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still within reason for what you get.

Oh, the breakfasts were a total indulgence at Lost Property! Fresh pastries paired with perfect coffee—truly a culinary delight! Plus, the location had us just a hop from local gems like Joe's Kitchen and Cote Brasserie, so we were spoiled for choices. a top-notch experience!
The Aircon in our room was stuck at 21 degrees, making it a touch warm for my liking. the bar closed rather early, and with no mini bar in the room, we were left high and dry for a nightcap.

I had an enjoyable stay at Lost Property. The location could not be better, right across from St Paul's Cathedral. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and modern decor. Every staff member I interacted with, especially Scarlett, was friendly and attentive. Breakfast options were plentiful with fresh pastries and great coffee. I faced a couple of issues. The air conditioning in my room felt stuck at 21 degrees, making it a bit stuffy. I wished the bar stayed open longer since there wasn't a mini-bar in my room for a nightcap. I really appreciated the special touches but hope they will improve the air conditioning situation.

Perfectly located near a major landmark and surrounded by numerous cafes and pubs, the immersion into local culture was delightful. The room was comfortable with a large bed and provided luxurious Penhaligon's toiletries. Spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable, and while the room felt a bit small, it offered a cozy retreat. Dining options within the hotel were visually appealing, and the friendly, efficient staff enhanced the experience.
